Welcome to the fourth day in a week of encouragements that will bring you “7 super easy keys to wipe out worry!”
A fourth way to wipe out worry is to speak God’s word over yourself!
Here’s something based on Matthew 6 that you might like to declare out loud every day:
“I do not worry about everyday matters, and I know that You will give me all I need as I make Your Kingdom my primary concern. Because I do not worry, I am free from illnesses that excessive worry brings.”
My husband and I were at the first day of a weekend conference when we both heard Holy Spirit say that we needed to leave. We knew that something was wrong and so we set off on the five hour drive back home. When we arrived we went straight to the hospital and within minutes my husband was being cared for! He was in great hands. I was declaring scriptures over him. He recovered after a long operation and we are so grateful to God that He arranged for us to be in the right place at the right time for my husband to be healed.
“Worry weighs us down; a cheerful word picks us up.”

“Do not worry about your life.”
(Matthew 6 verse 25/Luke 12 verse 22 New International Version)
“Can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?”
(Matthew 6 verse 27/Luke 12 verse 25 New International Version)
“A heart at peace gives life to the body.”
(Proverbs 14 verse 30 New International Version)
“Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit."
(3 John 1 verse 2 New Living Translation)
