I BELIEVE:
‘God so loved the world, that He gave us His only Son, Jesus, that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send Jesus into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him’ (John 3 verses 16-17)
In one true Father God, Jesus His Son and God’s Holy Spirit.
That the bible is God’s word, given by Holy Spirit, full of life, for life.
In God’s sovereignty, love, grace and mercy, towards all people and the world that He created.
In bringing God’s love to people. Telling them about Jesus as the saviour of us all. And Holy Spirit who helps guide us in our lives.
That God created us all to be in close relationship with Him. That the only way to Father God is through Jesus. Faith being birthed by Holy Spirit.
In the atoning sacrifice Jesus gave for all mankind, dying on the cross, paying the price for all of our sin, reconciling us with God.
In God’s ministry of salvation, through Holy Spirit. His kindness leading us to repentance, giving us new life in Jesus as our saviour.
In the church of God’s people being built together by Jesus worldwide. The priesthood of all Christian believers, given life and gifts by Holy Spirit. Uniting us with Jesus and with each other. Able to love and praise Father God and proclaiming the gospel of His good news.
