“The Journey To Fulfill Greatness” is a book I wrote to continue the path God started me on. As a young girl my dad would take me on nature trail walks and taught me the simple ways of life. At 11 I accepted Jesus into my heart and endured through the obstacles that came at a young age. I felt that no one understood what I was going through, insecure with heart ache I went through public school and near its end I started to drink and pick up smoking weed. I was told by the Holy Spirit that I was meant to be set apart for the Lord before High School began. But my fear that I wouldn’t fit in set in and I hung out with the rebellious ones. At 15 I nearly died from an overdose to get high on pills and I called out to the Lord to help me: he did. From those days onward I slowly got out of the pit I dug and God was speaking to me. I left the people I used to hang out with and quit everything at 18 from a vision of what his plan was. I had a word that everything I’ve done would be thrown into the fire and what would remain is my heart because it is for God. I have forsaken every idol and even making myself one to carry out his will, because he can use anyone for his purposes wherever they are. The nature of being an overcomer in Christ has led me to meet some very valuable people on my journey, because God is always faithful.
I wrote this book for everyone to relate to this journey of life and know we are not alone. His plan is greater than our short comings and he is the counsellor, encourager and guide to help us overcome what ever comes our way. This day choose life and truth, you will surely find it. Throughout this book God revealed the only truth that is Jesus Christ.
The purpose of my book is to show that everyone has a special story that can change someone’s life. Your life story is important and we are all more than capable of fulfilling the greatness that God has for planned for us. If I can write a book of my story that can change someone’s life, so can you!
The book is written for truth seekers, youth who need guidance, those led astray and chosen for God’s calling.
The Orphanage
Love and Joy Needy’s Center: Testimony for The Love & Joy Needy’s Center: they had no funds, water, or food and were late paying their rent to provide a home for the orphans. They were on the brink of losing their home! It only rains periodically and is mostly hot throughout the year, this is how they drink water and get refreshed. They had their water shut off due to lack and had almost lost hope. They got in touch with me and I saw the light God was shining upon them to change their lives forever!
By God’s grace the money was provided and into the hands of these caretakers. They now have a place to stay for 3 months and the opportunity to farm land. It occurs a lot that there is disease and sickness in these families in Uganda, but the faith has been too strong to give up that easy!
Their goal is to buy property which is 4000$ and farm the land with seeds 400$ to reap a harvest for these children to know their God is there for them and his people too.
