I live in Pakistan and my name is Pastor Asghar Masih. My city name is Renala Khurd District Okara District I TORCHBEARERS PAKISTAN GUJRANWALA BIBLE SCHOOL Torchbearers

What is the course? Now I serve God as a pastor. I also serve the Lord as an evangelist. My Church The Holy Bride Church of Pakistan. Renala was born in Khurd city  On October 19, 1984.

My father's name is Sharif Masih and my mother's name is Bilquis Bibi. We have five brothers and three sisters. One is named James Christ. The second name is Aslam Masih. And the third number is me. My name is Asghar Masih. No. 4 is Rafaqat Masih and No. 5. Glory to Christ. Three sisters at number one Suraya Sharif. Rukia Sharif at number two. Sana Sharif at number three. We are eight siblings. My father is a laborer. My father's income was not much. Despite this, he had become addicted to drugs in his life. Because of this, the arrangement of the house was not going well. We had to face a lot of difficulties. The conditions at home were very bad. While I was living there, my mother started working in people's homes, washing dishes, washing clothes. Home conditions were not conducive for us to read. My mother started taking us to work with her. We started cleaning people's houses and washing the dishes. We used to work with our mother so we could spend some time at home. We were completely trapped in poverty. We all worked as brothers and sisters. Whatever could happen to us. At the same time I got a job. There was work there. Cleaning the washroom. I worked there for some time. But my siblings still worked with my mother. Our situation was not getting any better. Our father was getting more and more addicted to drugs every day. Our lives were worse than hell. We hoped that God would ever get us out of this predicament. Then God gave me another job selling vegetables.

It was work. I did that for a while. Conditions at home were getting worse every day. Then I started picking up the trash۔ The lifting work started. This work was dirty but it was a means of subsistence. That's when God started talking to me. I was just a little kid. Then I will be about 14 years old. This is 1998. At the age of 14, I accepted God. I was from a Catholic family. During this time, not only I but my whole family accepted God with me. All my brothers and sisters were baptized in water, so we all accepted God. We had accepted God, but the conditions at home were still the same. Meanwhile, my grandfather married our elder sister Suraya. Thank God our grandfather married our elder sister Suraya. But the conditions in our house were still bad. I was still picking up trash

۔ But I had peace of mind. I know the Lord Jesus Christ. At the same time, God gave me a teacher who could teach me the rule of adult education. So I started reading the rule of adult education from my teacher.

During this time God gave me a job in a place where paper was made. I worked all day and went to study with my teacher in the evening. One year I read the rule of adult education. That's when God started using me. This is about the year 2000. I started preaching the Word of God to my peers. Meanwhile, the family thought that there was no business in Renala Khurd, so we all went to Lahore in search of business, and sadly, we could not find business there either. Our lives were very difficult. Sometimes we got food and sometimes we didn't understand what to do. We prayed a lot but there was no answer. We prayed all night. During this time I left God. I lost because of the pain and suffering

I started going to non-gods and their shrines and courts, prostrating before them, raising my hands in front of them and praying, but no god could hear. Deliver me from troubles. Just didn't understand anything. One day I got a job. I had a cleaning job in a factory but I went away from God. During this time I did all the bad things that I should not have done. I was lost in this world. At the same time we married our elder brother Jacob and we became indebted to the family

The situation was very bad. Despite doing a lot of work, the financial situation was not getting better. I didn't understand anything. One day I went to church again. I felt very good. My heart was calm. The heart of prayer worship was very calm. I started going to church every evening after work

Thank God I was now recovering spiritually. That's how I worked all day and went to church at night. God gave me a teacher from whom I could learn. My teacher's name was Pastor Rubin Javed. I began to learn the Word of God from him and served with them. But it was very difficult for me to serve. I started working as a laborer. After working all day, I used to go to work with my teacher in the evening. My wages were very hard for me. I used to dig underground. After working all day by the Sui Gas Department, I used to come home exhausted. I used to travel by bicycle all day. After working all day, I would go out in the evening for service. I started my evangelistic service along with my wages. I went far away and started preaching the Holy Gospel. But at the same time, I continued my work, which provided for the needs of my family.

In 2005 I expanded my service. I started an evangelistic team. Initially, there were about 26 young people in my team who joined me and started serving with me. These young people were very active. My good friends and my good colleagues and Good students. But some of our friends got into a road accident because of serving on bicycles or by the will of God and among them Shaukat Masih was our best friend and the youngest and dearest son of his mother. He fell asleep in God. As a result, the rest of us were discouraged. Eventually, all my colleagues left me. I was also completely broken. My colleagues left the service but I continued to serve. But I had a lot of problems. I didn't even have a job to do. I started cleaning in the factory, during which time my service was completely broken. I used to do whatever I could. I became seriously ill in 2010. I became a mental patient. I became a patient of high blood pressure. I got jaundice. All these diseases attacked me at once. I thought that I would die. My family members also felt the same way. Maybe I will not stay with them now but in December 2010 the servant of God came to me and told me to go and serve him. Without thinking I went out to serve with him without understanding but I was very sick I did not know if I could serve or not but I served. He had left home for all his work, leaving his parents and siblings behind. Once again I was restored to the service. God gave me health and life. I was very thankful to God.

My home was in Lahore but I came to serve in Renala Khurd. God bless me in service I have served God in many cities of Pakistan. I have organized conventions, seminars and big and small programs and God has used me so much I have served Bible school Sunday school and church, keeping up the good work.

December 14, 2014 God gave me a wife as a blessing. Her name was Mahin Bhatti. At home she was called Bina. She proved to be a good and blessed wife for me. She started serving. She loved me very much and I never separated from her. We served God together. She served the Sunday school well. She also helped me with the Bible School service. She was an intelligent and well-educated woman. There was so much happiness in our lives. But we did not have the blessings of children. That's why she loved all the children in the church as her own, and so did I. We saw our children in church and Sunday school and loved them as much as someone loves their children. There was a lot of joy in our lives. We were always happy with each other. One day he suddenly became very ill. It seemed that it did not matter whether it was a mild fever or a fever due to weakness of the body. But in four or five hours she became very ill. At nine o'clock in the morning on April 1, 2020, Mahin Bhatti finally fell asleep in the Lord Jesus Christ. She went to her real Creator. After he left, I began to do my best service to the Lord. Now I and the rest of my companions are serving God.

I remarried on 10/10/2022.  We are both living a good life and we are both serving God together and the rest of the comrades are also serving God with us. We are all carrying forward this ministry which has this mission. Church Bible School Sunday School & Free School in which children's uniforms are provided free of charge and books are provided free of cost and children's medical needs are also taken care of  The needs of widows should be met along with the children who are poor. Home rations and clothes should be provided.  At the same time we are passionate about the preaching of the Holy Gospel. In different cities and villages we organize worship programs in which people of different religions participate.  There are those who call themselves Christ but are unfamiliar with Christ who belong to a church whose teaching is different from the Bible. In these worships people are given spiritual food as well as physical food.  Medical needs are also taken care of.

The Apostle Paul stated in his letter to the Corinthian church that the body of Christ is not divided. All of parts (in every hamlet and home around the world), all of the body should feel the same concern for each other. Therefore, if one part of the body is suffering, then all other parts share in its suffering.

Pakistan has a total population of more than 212 million people, with more than 4 million of them Christians. Often treated as second-class citizens, always under threat of severe persecution for their faith, most are marginalized to the extreme. Most of our Pakistani brethren live as the poorest of the poor and many have found themselves in bonded slavery because of their poverty.

This little girl in the picture is one of thousands that toil every day in places like the provinces of Punjab and Sindh making bricks. They remind me very much of the ancient Israelites, once living in safety in Egypt during the days of Joseph, soon found after the death of Pharoah, a new Pharoah took the throne. Threatened by the increasing number of the Jews, they were enslaved by the Egyptians and remained so, making bricks for Pharaoh, much like our Pakistani brethren.

They remained enslaved for more than 400 years before God raised up a man, Moses to spearhead God's plan of deliverance for his people.

God's man to deliver the world is soon on his way. But this time, it is not Moses, it is the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Keep watching, praying without ceasing, and loving one another.

THINGS THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT ORPHANS

149

God’s heart for the orphan is clearly displayed throughout the Old and New Testaments. Below is a beginning list of what the Bible says about orphans. What are some other ways God shows his love for these precious children? Leave us a comment and let us know your favorite verse!

4 Things the Bible Says About Orphans

1. All Orphans Have a Father

God is the great protector and loving Father of all orphans. Psalm 68:5 says, “Father of the fatherless and protector of widows, is God in his holy habitation.” He who numbers the hairs on our head will certainly not turn away from the orphan.

2. All Orphans Deserve Justice

Deuteronomy 10:18 says, “He ensures that orphans and widows receive justice. He shows love to the foreigners living among you and gives them food and clothing.” And Psalm 10:14 says “But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted; you consider their grief and take it in hand. The victims commit themselves to you; you are the helper of the fatherless.” Justice is a fundamental part of God’s character. He promises protection and help for those who cannot protect themselves, and he cares about righting wrongs in the lives of orphans. God invites us as his people into this holy work of securing justice for orphans.

3. The People of God Will Care for Orphans

James 1:27 says, “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.” God’s people are called to actively pursue meeting the needs of orphans and a great place to start is through prayer. Each month, Show Hope features a prayer focus child from one of our Care Centers in China. Praying for orphans becomes much more personal when you know the face and the name of a child who has been directly impacted by the orphan crisis. Whether you are a prayer partner, an advocate, a Show Hope sponsor or even a prospective adoptive parent, we have great resources available to help you get involved in caring for orphans!

4. The People of God Share Their Resources with Orphans

The following verse comes from a passage in Deuteronomy where God is instructing His people about tithing. Deuteronomy 14:29 says, “And the Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.” God calls His people to specifically remember orphans in their giving. Show Hope provides creative ways to give to the cause of adoption and orphan care. You can become a sponsor, donate to adoption aid, or help to start an adoption fund at your church! As you consider how God may be calling you to care for orphans in their distress, take heart! He who calls you to this work will be faithful to equip you for the work he has called you to! “For the God who calls you is faithful, and He can be trusted to make it so.” I Thess. 5:24

We are requesting to you please come and join our hand for help orphans, widows, needy people with food, clothes, shoes, school fees, uniforms, books - we need your donations for there are many deserving people here, please.

Heavenly Father,

We lift our hands, our faces filled with joy as we come before you in prayer. We come to you in praise and thanksgiving, our hearts overflowing with our love for you, crying Abba Father.

We thank you for the privilege we have to submit our supplications to you as an heir of God and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ. It is into your throne room we come with the confidence and expectation of children seeking their Father.

Your love for us is inexhaustible, your grace without end. Your mercies, heavenly Father, are fresh and new each morning when we rise, so great is your faithfulness to us.

We bring before you the cry of your children in Pakistan. Our brothers and sisters in Bahawalpur, Chichawatni, Faisalabad, Gojra, Gujranwala, Islamabad, Jahanian, Jaranwala, Karachi, Kasur, Khanewal, Lahore, Mian Channu, Multan, Okara, Panwan, Pir Mahal, Punjabi, Quetta, Sahiwal, Samundri, Sangla Hill, Sheikhupura, Shortkot Road, Talab Sarai, Talwandi, Toba Tek Singh and all the cities, towns, and villages, who love you and honor you, serving you faithfully day after day.

We bring their needs, great in a man's eye, but nothing compared to you, Lord. We bow down before you, declaring your promise that you will supply all their needs according to your riches in glory.

We are reminded to let patience have her perfect work as we learn to wait on you. Your ways are not our ways, and our thoughts are not yours and at times struggle to understand your timing and your methods. But we know that you are faithful, always such, even when we fall into faithlessness.

We watch with great anticipation for the coming of your Son, Jesus Christ, to take us home to be with you in glory. Help us all to make better use of the time we have left, encouraging one another, helping one another, and boldly sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ wherever we go, for it is the POWER OF GOD unto salvation.

We ask this Father in the name of your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
